I'm 35 about 3 years ago broke my back in 2 places could not do nothing but now i have been back in the gym for a month 6 days a week 45 mins cardio every day and about an hour lifting as much as my body will allow me to do this extra weight is killing me doc said my Tess levels are low and my BMI is sad to say is 36 but I haven't been able to do nothing for 3 years got my diet back on track and was told I needed to try clen to speed up the fat loss any help would be appreciated thanks
