Is clen the answer for quick fat loss?

I'm 35 about 3 years ago broke my back in 2 places could not do nothing but now i have been back in the gym for a month 6 days a week 45 mins cardio every day and about an hour lifting as much as my body will allow me to do this extra weight is killing me doc said my Tess levels are low and my BMI is sad to say is 36 but I haven't been able to do nothing for 3 years got my diet back on track and was told I needed to try clen to speed up the fat loss any help would be appreciated thanks:dunno::dunno:
 
Diet is going to be key and cardio .I would also try swimming helped with my back to get moving again .You should talk to 3j on the forum here he is the master for setting up a diet plans that truly work.

It's not worth putting your body through it, honestly. Clen is great for pre-contest when your body fat is already very low.

I would recommend nailing your diet and taking it one day at a time. It sucks when you don't see quick progress, but diet pills are not a quick solution to weight loss like most people think.

I know this sounds gay, but take an aerobics class.
 
Thanks for the help I will keep it up 6 days a week all I can do will my low test levels affect my progress? If so what would be the gear of choice to get it back up to a normal level?
