I've heard mixed reviews. I know that protein and a proper diet are a must to build muscles but what about these supplements? I'm currently taking GEAR and casein protein powder shakes to help build muscles but is there anything else that is a must?
They go hand in hand with a proper diet regimen, I consider them a staple.

With this bulking diet I have tons of energy in the gym already...I think I just need something to help me push out those extra reps.
Will Wal-Mart creatine capsules do the job?
