I've been using creatine since EAS first started pimping it back in 1994. I have my bloodwork done every year and have always had a clean bill of health. I also drink over a gallon of H2O every day.

I used to cycle it off and on, but for the past few years I only stop using it when I go away or every so often.

With some of the new CEE products, you only need about 3g/day. The old way of loading up on the stuff is horsecrap...just a way to get you to use more.
