Bang on!!! Great call, just lifting the weight does nothing and thats what a lot of people do, they go to the gym and just go through the motion of the exercise. You have to feel the muscle working.
This is a good call too, we can all read on paper how a certain steroid is going to work or what its going to do, but in the end theres only one way to find out and that's to try it. Each cycle try something new brotha, and eventually youll figure out what works for you and what doesn't.
I know steroids do not target specific muscles, that isn't what I said. Using them to help build muscle,will be targeting my weak areas with my workouts. As i said earlier I know gear is to only help and that its the intelligence of training and nutrition that gets the man to his goals.
