is Directconnectnutrition.com a real Company?

I placed and order with them on the 4-9-04, Order id:#221
I still have not received my order, so I decided to call them.

if I call them I do get an answering machine, but it sounds like someone home, if I shoot them an email, it bounces right back as a non existent email.

Does anybody knows about this company? or a real email? so I could talk to someone and find out about my order status.

If you call, leave a message. We respond to customers as soon as we can.

However, if this is the order I am thinking, your order will be sent from two different companies, so you will be receiving 2 different packages and they may end up coming on different days.

Also, if this is the order I am thinking, it was placed on the 13th, not the 9th and your order should have been delivered at that time. We try to get the orders out that day, but sometimes it takes 2-3 days before they leave. After that, it typically takes up to 7 business days to get to you, this is true for everybody. Sometimes it's better because of the distance, sometimes not. Knowing parcel post, this is well within the timeframe it takes to go from us to the mail and through the mail to get to you. If this is the order, I wouldn't be concerned until monday.

We looked into 2-3 day mail, but we would have to charge $25 as a minimum. And that would only cover one plasmavol for example. We decided that this would be an option that nobody would ever choose, since the average cost we figured would've been around $40.

However, feel free to call, just make sure you leave your name, number, order, etc. so we can do what we need to do to find out if there is a problem or not. I can certainly understand the anticipation of ordering your stuff and wanting it there yesterday, we are all like that. But sometimes a day or two of patience is all it takes.

Your Optimum Nutrition Whey that you ordered was delivered to you on April 16th, 2004. I have the tracking number and it shows as delivered. Yes, you ordered on April 9th, 2004 but that was a holiday and we only ship on Monday to Friday and given that Monday was also a holiday, your order went out on the 13th, right on schedule.

Your PlasmaVol should have been delivered to you by now as well. It would have been delivered a couple days after the Optimum Whey.

As I said, your Email confirmation of my order was on the 9th.

This Email is more about:

Why does your Email does not work?
Why does your registration at your site does not work?

So if I can not get in touch with anyone after I placed my order, the obvious thing would be to ask if you are a real internet store, and not have a feeling that I have been taken.

If you are an internet shopper as I am, validating a site as a good merchant takes putting your order in place in hopes that it arrives, so by having some way of comunicating with your internet store will greatly help feel any customer at easy.

Our email system has been corrupted and fixing it will not be possible until we switch servers and have our new Tech's look at it.

99% of our customers know that Tx and I are the owners of DCN and if there is a problem with an order they can email us or PM us, its not that hard.

I am not questioning your honesty, and I am trying to become a loyal customer, and this is my first attempt.

99% of your customers know that, but I did not, as I know now there is relationhip between this forum and DCN, I do feel at easy knowing that it is a legit bussiness, that is all.

I was attracted to your Internet store because of your prices and also your forum is awesome.

I learned alot since last week when I stated to read it.
