Is front loading Deca worth it? and if so how much?

Front loading isn't practiced anymore it's outdated and causes negitive side effects. If you want to kick start a cycle start with short ester compounds.
So if I want to run deca at 600mg a week, but start with NPP for 4 weeks, what dose to I start the NPP at?
