Hey there,

Let me know your thoughts—is having anabolic substances essential for fitness?

My name is Miller, and I am from London. I work as a professional bodybuilder and have won numerous trophies. I am also a fitness instructor at a technical education training institute. I have trained many students for competitions, but I’ve always wondered: can anyone reduce their body fat to less than 10% solely through natural diet and training?

I realize this might be a controversial or provocative question, but I’m genuinely curious. Has anyone attempted this?

Hi Miller, thanks for sharing. Anabolic substances aren't essential for fitness. Many athletes achieve sub-10% body fat naturally through disciplined diet, consistent training, and proper recovery. Genetics do play a role, but with dedication, it’s achievable—don’t you think the natural route is more sustainable in the long run?
