Is it a advisable to use an AI/Nolvadex 4 months after cycle for sore nipples?

Hey I'm 28 and 4 months off my second steroid cycle of Test E and Masteron.

My last cycle and PCT finished early September (Test E 600 mg for 20 weeks and Masteron for last 6 weeks). In the last few weeks my nipples, right one in particular, has been getting really itchy and now they are tender and sore. I am surmising this is some oestrogen issue/hormone imbalance from my cycle, my main concern is how to treat it.

I have Aromasin on hand and I have Nolvadex coming for Tuesday hopefully.

Is it advisable to use an AI off cycle for these purposes?

Use nolva at 40mgs a day until it's cleared. It will shrink gyno and in some cases completely get rid of it. It's what I use, along with most other bros. Don't use the ai off cycle unless your test is way high and aromatizing cuz if you do your estro will crash and you'll have ed and feel like shit. Nolva is enough. Get your blood levels checked too, just to make sure

Don't assume. Itch nipple can be lots of things. Get blood work done to see what your hormones are at.
