Is It Ok?

i think your beeing a little too deep..
dont forget to have some carbs after you lift as well..

proper training/nutrition/rest =results
dont get bogged down with symantics-im sure its fine to lift eat and then sleep

Some Dex/whey, or even Oats/whey, is ideal PWO...

Make sure to get in another Low GI Carb/Lean protein meal before you go to sleep for the night though, don't rely on your PWO shake alone...

Hight GI carbs are needed for PWO toghether with whey. Hight GI carbs mostly used are dextrose and maltodextrin.

Yeah, adding onto what luquillo78 was sayin, if I were you, I'd something more than just that one whey drink. Befrore I sleep I usually eat a bunch of pretzles, meats and other breads and the shake.

=)

my post WO shake usually consits of whole milk, hvy whipping cream, 1/2 cup oatmeal/ few tbls wheat germ, casien, honey, bananna, iso whey and egg(either raw or powder)...i'm not a big fan of just whey and hi-gi carbs after a wo..

If you go to bed right after lifting, I would eat some solid protein food.

Have a shake and some chicken or beef.

ok i usually eat 2 hours before a work out! are you telling me to eat right after a work out aswell?

Yeah. Your body needs the carbs / protein to rebuild muscle. One protein shake isn't enough.
