Is it possible to split your cycle into two goals?

For example on a 12 week test cycle would it make sense to use the first 5-6 weeks as a cut? adding T3/ECA ect
then the remainder 6-7 weeks focus on lean gains?
Or if your goal is to loose fat/gain muscle at once is it easier to just try to do them both at the same time?
Also assuming it is someones first cycle is it likely that a total re-comp will happen regardless if you were to be cutting or bulking?
Hope its not a dumb question!
 
Very difficult to achieve 2 goals in that length of time. It's advised to pick a bulk or cut during a cycle. You can't go in thinking gear is magic. Diet is the real magic...

YES .. Having goal(s) is the first and most essential part to planning a cycle,, choosing your diet training and AAS compounds to accomplish those goals,, without the goals you can't really plan,, and having multiple goals on one cycle is an option as well.

For example my current cycle is built upon multiple goals

Running test, NPP, deca, Dbol, proviron weeks 1-14
I'm bulking here then transitioning to a cut, goal of staying anabolic during the cut phase
Running test, primo, masteron, proviron, weeks 9-21

Two goals,, one long cycle with compounds chosen based on my goals


Your first cycle should be a simple test only cycle,, but you can still have more then one goal running test, as your diet and training will determine the results..

But yeah as tbone said,, it can't be done in a short amount of time,, that's why my cycle is 21 weeks
 
Thanks! My thinking was just that possibly the first half if doing a cut you could get away with more of a deficit without loosing to much muscle thanks to the test. in that 6 weeks maybe loose 10-15 pounds of fat would be pretty huge for someone around 15% body fat. possibly into single digits. I also thought that by doing this, you would have a smaller risk of gaining back as much fat mass when switching to a bulk.

Again I understand its 80% or more about diet. So this is all assuming diet is dial in perfectly.

Your basically crunching 2 cycles together not to mention your on trt. Not the same for somebody doing a first cycle for 12 weeks. While what your doing isn't impossible, for a first cycle of test over a 12 week span might be disappointing...

You might be better off to cut before your cycle begins or just do a cut during your cycle. You may even want to talk to 3j about diet advice.
 
I am hooked up with 3J already, about a week into eating /training with his guidelines.
Definitely want to see where I can get naturally. but being an endo type of guy its just about impossible to imagine getting a really low bodyfat% naturally. And I would hate to dedicate an entire cycle, especially my first to a cut. that would be pretty gay.
