For example on a 12 week test cycle would it make sense to use the first 5-6 weeks as a cut? adding T3/ECA ect
then the remainder 6-7 weeks focus on lean gains?
Or if your goal is to loose fat/gain muscle at once is it easier to just try to do them both at the same time?
Also assuming it is someones first cycle is it likely that a total re-comp will happen regardless if you were to be cutting or bulking?
