I have heard from some poeple that there is a set time at night that yo should stop eating, Say like 6:00, after that no more food. This is to help lose unwanted weight such as fatty gutt. Is this true or is it just a folklore
Doggcrapp wrote that most trainers should not eat carbs after about 6 p.m. I don't eat much in the way of carbs or fats in the evening except my postworkout shake. You can eat all the protein you like.
