Is jogging good as a Natural Decongestant?

Been sick for for the past few days with a cold, stuffy nose, swollen throat glands and lots of sneezing. I Dont really like to take cold medicine pills as they make me groggy and I cannot get anything accomplished anything at my job. Running clears up my nasal passages and allows me to breathe normally.
Has anyone else given this a try? is it ok for me to continue to do or will it weaken my immune system?

It will weaken your immune system. Honestly the thing I do is sit in a steam room for about 10-20mins at a time until my sinuses are fully cleared. I did this for a few days when I had a sinus infections, I was blowing out blood and snot from my nose. After a few days of the steam room it was fully cleared. The steam will allow the mucus to break up, don't sniffle while you're in there; just keep blowing your nose.
