Mustard is fine. Doesn't have enough sodium to hurt u. Remember some sodium is good. U need sodium for ur body to function properly. Way way to much sodium is wats not good.

exactly! your brain needs salt, the issue is most foods in a box have too much and over all people eat too much. if you try to avoid it im sure you are nto one of them. nothing wrong with some salt here and there, shit even alot of it but on RARE occurances if bloat worrie is not ... a worrie

I agree, one day a week, on my cheat meal day I take in a ton of sodium, feel big as shit the next day. And not even bloated all that much just muscle reallly full.
mustard is one of the best addions to anything ! .... i even use it as a substitute to mayonnaise in tuna salad hahaha ,,,, not many other people like it though
