Upcoming recomp cycle:

I am looking to do a recomp, i.e gain about 10 pounds and lose about 2 to 4% BF

Ive been on 1800 cals for a while now, will bump up to 2200 when I start and maybe go all the way up to 2600 if im not gaining any fat.

20 Weeks.

1 to 20.. 500mg Test C a week, 500 IU HCG 3 X a week
1 to 6 TBOL
14 to 20 Anavar
Adex 0.5mg EOD
T3 first 6 weeks (hope to lose 2 to 4 % BF during the first 6 weeks, then transition to a lean bulk the remainder of the cycle.

- Im on TRT... 100mg Test E a week, plus 500IU HCG 3 X a week

39 years
6"0
190, ~12% BF
Lost about 50 pounds over the past year.

Questions:
1. What dose should I run the TBOL and Anavar at?
2. Is looking BF% the first 6 weeks feasible as I have it above?

1- I would dose tbol at 60mg and var at 80mg, most people take var at higher dosages but i think if you r getting results at lower, average, dosage then why put extra in your body?
2- 2-4% bf reduction is doable but difficult in that short time. i won a contest here and 3j guided me for 8 weeks, i gained 14 pounds while staying at the same bf as i started or probably a little less. i would recommend hiring him for that first 6-8 weeks.

good luck

So you think even with T3 my plan seems too ambitious?... I hate clenbuterol, gives me anxiety and palpitations.

reducing your bf% in that frame of time is very doable... but doing that and gaining 10lbs is not

to stay at the same bodyweight and reduce bf% is extremely difficult, a better goal would be to get the bf% down first, not worrying about bodyweight as you'll look better anyway.

if you are currently 190lbs at 12%, getting to 180lbs at 8-10% would be very impressive... set an achievable goal :)
