Is my Estradiol level too high ?

Just had blood work done ,and my estradiol level was 62.84 pg/ ml
my total testosterone was 1500 ng/dl
i never had est. Checked before. If i am
right the reference range is 0-50 pg/ml
and optimal range is 20- 30 pg/ml.

Can someone verify if this is high or not?

you to check your blood every two week for 8 week to be sure about your level, because it can vay.

But it's to high, not at a dangerous level. and is due to your high level of testo.

i guess you know from where estradiol arise, right?
then you have to know how to reduce it.

but wait other result, and advice of your doctor.

Yea it's only high because of your high testosterone. Not crazy high or anything. But having a high estrogen can lower your libido, even with high test. Maybe pick up some arimidex or aromasin.

Kinda hard to really say even for sure if cause is only from testosterone level being high.
my doctors NEVER checked it over the 3.5 - 4 yrs i been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and i didn't know any better
until thanks to all you guys! I have learned a hell of a lot. I hear trying zinc can lower estradiol, is this true?

Yea it can. But no over the counter products REALLY lower it that much.

So should i say some thing to my doc this wed when i go for my next shot about the blood work i had my mom inlaw
do for me,and tell him about the testosterone and estradiol levels what they were or should i wait. I only been on the injectable for 1month & 1wk. Right when i started i
told my doc i was worried about the estradiol and gyno that scares the hell out of me knowing its not reversible. he checked me and told me its just fatty tissue and was not
a symptom of gyno. thats something i need to work on is bodyfat loss. i hope my doc is right on that. Just knowing that he never checked estradiol all that time makes me wonder what its been all along in the past. Is it safe to let it ride a while or not? How long should i wait for next blood check?

Tough call since I dont really know your doc. Some doctors wouldnt like you getting bloodwork done out of their office, or without their approval.

I think you're better off telling him you love the dose you are at and dont want to lower it, but are feeling like you're a little bloated and could possibly have elevated estrogen.

Maybe then go on to say, after I felt this way, i had my mother in law run a test, and tell him it was high.

Ask him if he thinks it is too high or if its OK.

Personally i think if he sees your test that high he will lower your dose. Maybe look into handling it yourself.
