Way to much fraud/hacking going on as it is...and your looking to buy something that may be illegal, your just looking to get robbed or worse..

Ok folks something really odd just happened! So iv previously made 2 orders with my online source from the ** . Everything went good received on time ect. I just made a order 4 days ago. Something went wrong with the paypal transaction . My source sent out my package along with tracking number ,but somehow made a mistake and sent my money back. He contacted me letting me know that he mistakenly sent my money back and that he would like me to resend it back to him and to please not scam him. Me being a good person i did send him the money back, and this is what he messaged me after.

"i fully trust you now mate, if you want anything on credit just let me know and i can do it for you, and if you want to become a reseller just tell me and i can front you $1000 to start with and everything will be about 40% cheaper"

now this scares me!! What do you guys think? Is he trying to set me up?

Not worth it

Paypal is the easiest way of getting spotted by some law enforcement. and also Paypal is extra careful about illegal transactions.
They can simply block accounts and money inside them, it happened to 1 friend of mine

Not worth the hassle...

Certainly doesn't seem like a big time legit source shooting questions like that out over such a small payment, if he was making and selling enough, he wouldn't have gotten so uptight over a single payment, steer clear mate.

Your using PayPal in case you get scammed? It like to hear that conversation with them! Western union or preferably greendot.

If I were you' I'd just have avoided any contact. Let HIM sweat for a change. Once the gear turned up, you could send the payment and apologize and say you've been busy. We're expected to risk our money up front, the least they can do is not freak out when it's THEM taking a small financial risk. In fact, it doesn't make them look very legit when they instantly freak out over a couple hundred bucks. It seems rude to me, that these people probably have a ton of anxious guys awaiting orders at any one time, having already paid up front, yet they can freak out on the odd occasion when they send gear they've not received payment for. Mehh...I know that none of these are exactly reputable companies, but there are certain behaviour patterns that inspire confidence, and certain patterns that do not

west union is no better.. had dept homeland snatch my cash via wu. they have your smiling face on camera or ip if you do transaction on line too.
bottom line, if they want your ass they gona get you. it's just how bad they want you. don't fool yourself. there is no "safe" way.
chances are tho. buying personal use gear will hardly justify the means to investigate, prosecute you tho.

I personally wouldn't do it bro, a good friend of mine got into selling for another guy and being able to go on credit..long story short he got himself in a lot of trouble with the wrong sort of people and had to move because of it, people selling gear are "drug dealers" and not the nicest people when you owe them money.

Its a toss up. You do it online they have your bank card, & ip BUT you at least have your money under control and know that it was picked up. Or you do it anonymously wear a big sombrero hat and a glue on mustache and hope the camera doesnt get a good shot
