is NO really a good muscle builder?

In bodybuilding.com it says NO Explode has won the "best muscle builder" award 4 years in a row. Also, many people I know tell me the product helped them to make some huge gains.

However, everything I read here about the product (and other NO products as well) say that it gives great "pumps", rarely do they mention getting more size from it.

My question is, if all it really does give is pumps, why is it considered a muscle builder?

because an increased pump = increased blood flow = increased nutrient delivery. however, i have read that NO levels in arteries are extremely short lived and more trivial than anything.

I dont believe in them at all bro!

Yeah, im sure that there are alot of opinions out there about NO. Personally when i used it i did have good gains for about the first 3 weeks, but they fell off pretty quick. Now it doesnt do much for me at all.

no explode is loaded with creatine. so i would say creatine is the best "legal" muscle builder.
so no explode is probably the best of the creatine products, therefore the best muscle builder of the year

I thought about this, but it's odd that Cellmass was ranked second, when it's 100% creatine (I think)

I've been lifting for about 2 months and haven't seen any major gains, I know I need to change my diet, but would either of these products really help, or are they just a waste of money?
