is this a good cutting diet???

ok i started this diet sunday, and i'm going to weigh my self on monday to see if its working but i just wanted maybe critique or input.. thanks
weight: 173
height: 5'6
bodyfat- 15%

sunday- low (176 carbs, 200 pro)
monday- same
tuesday- no carbs (0 carbs, 270 pro)
wed- low same as monday
thurs- high (175 protein, 300 carbs)
friday- same as tuesday'
saturday- high same as thursday
 
bump.. all i eat is complex carbs- oatmeal,brown rice.. and only simple carbs after working out like a banana or a granola bar... on no carb days i just take in a shit load of protein...
 
why are you bumping your own post and what the fuck kind of diet is that?
 
looks like carb cycling? im no diet guru but it doesnt look very sound to me. im sure some here can help better.
