730am 60g protien shake and a apple
10:00am bowl of plain oat
1:00pm grilled chicken breat and veggie
5:pm either trukey or some sort of protien with brown rice or baked potato and veggie
shake before gym 7:30pm
 
how much proteins/carbs/fats/ total calories you eat per day.

a bowl of oats- how much is that? ive had bowls that can only fit half a cup of oats, ive had bowls that can fit 3 cups of oats. how much?
grilled chicken- weigh it out, tell us the caloric value. you could be eating 4 oz or 24 oz. big difference.

etc etc.
