Is this a good TRUE PROTEIN recovery mix?

Post workout mix of 4 equal 25% of;
Arginine
Glutamine
Taurine
BCAA's
My workouts are 2 days weights(back& chest--Shoulders & arms) with 3 days cardio (15mile bike & 1.5 run) off day.
Then Back & chest,shoulders & arms,legs,with 2 or 3 days of same cardio after that.
Goal is not size but stregnth and endurance.
 
normally I wouldnt recommend glutamine, but supposedly it can be beneficial for endurance athletes, so yea looks like a good mix.

i would just order the ingredients separately, that way you could take glutamine throughout the day/before bed, etc.

you could probably do without the arginine as well.
 
Like mentioned I would order everything individual. That way you can manipulate how much stuff you want based on trial and error.

That would have been my next question...why everything separate?
I have a chiropractor that has been to 3 Olympics and says glutimine pre & post workout and before bedtime.
5'8 175 35+ what would you recommend for maximum recovery?

If I used glutamine I would go with glutamine peptides 5g servings to start.

But I would spend my money on other things before glutamine

I am also not going wit glutamine, I think you have to use protein + creatine (50%) both, hope this will help you, You workout is good and impressive,
