is this enough cals?

thought it was obvious.
I am 1,78m, 83 kg, bf 12%. and I was wondering if this is enough cals, protein, vet and carbs for 1 day. I divide it over 5 meals.
 
gaining muscle. some other people say it's to low. but I already gained 20 pounds of muscle on this diet. and I noticed when I eat more cals and carbs I gained more fat. So I was wondering if I do have to increase the cals.
 
you just answered your own question. if you eat more you gain fat and on your diet your gaining clean wt. eat what your eating then...
