Is This food too fatty?

How would you rate a jar of Thai Curry to make a stir fry?

I can't imagine it being as bad as say sweet and sour or most other stir frys.
I mean (dont mean to sound racist) but when is the last time you saw a fat thai guy, not very often?

Just asking cos this is the only food i'm having trouble letting go off, lol

Hmmm......I use Thai chilli paste all the time. It does look kind of oily in the jar but I really don't think the amount I use in my soups is going to be of serious detriment my diet.

I guess it all depends on your goals. Maybe if I was headed for a show I might get that critical, but for my every day eating I think it's just as important that I enjoy eating what I prepare.
