Most will tell you it's not what to do for first cycle, as per above. Though, if you are determined, do it right. Look into your post cycle therapy (pct). Probably won't get the same gains, as you would using test for your first cycle though... think about that.

No I didn't say that. For a first cycle though I would not use the deca. I'm assuming your Sustanon (sust) is 250mg per ml and the deca is too. 250 of Sustanon (sust) and 250 of deca a week is not enough gear. Go with 500 of the Sustanon (sust) a week injected EOD for 12 weeks and save the deca for a later cycle.

On another note, you shouldn't run deca as your first cycle. You should run test at about 500mg/week. Search the forum for "first cycle" to see the hundreds of threads explaining why. Save the deca dude.

the main reason you shouldnt run deca for your first cycle is because you need to see how you react to test only first. Find out how it makes you feel and what sides you develop. Also you need to learn how to control your estrogen and diet properly before you start mixing in other variables. But you dont have to listen to me...a 22 year old thinks Im playing doctor

Thanks everybody. I have been taken the test for 6 weeks now with no problems and also taking letrozole to control the estrogen. I was told that the deca would heal me faster. I will look at the new member section and see what i can find.

Thanks again. I thought letro would help me loss fat in my nipples. Bitch tits. I dont have them bad. I use to weight 210 and dropped to 180 before i started me cycle but still have fat in my chest area.
