yes it always looks like that.
its a suspension ( powder in water) and looks like that. I got a big jug of test suspension and it also look like that.

keep in mind it is still liver toxic even in injection. in a way its just the pill made into a shot.
personally I am not a fan of Winstrol (winny) but still have 30ml left i will end up using one day, itll be drinking it, not worth the shot imo (got it as prize while back)
