I've been experiencing excessive hair growth....????

This also happened to my sister. She went to the doc for hormone replacement and he perscribed too much test. She came to me and said " i have been experiencing some hair growth on my belly. I replied " How far does it go?" She says, "All the way to my balls!!!"
