What are your thoughts on Jeff Seid claiming natty? Also, can you compete in a natural show if you took steroids in the past? (like 2 years plus)

I don't understand why your bringing up a topic that has been covered time & time again on this forum - USE THE SEARCH BAR!

Can you achieve that physique naturally? Yes.
Can you maintain it year round naturally? Probably not.
Can you achieve that physique at his age? NO
The guy placed 11th at the Olympia physique, your "Mirin" someone who isn't even the best in his class dude.

Also, to get an idea of how much hard work being natural is & what's possible naturally - follow the 3dmj guys, should give you a more realistic view.

How far back can testing show? The vid showed 7 years. I'm not sure if I interpreted what he was saying clearly.
