I am now one week and 2 days into my first cycle of 500mg Test Enan/Wk and thought I'd try and keep a running diary of my training and experiences. My starting stats were as follows
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 191lb's
BF% - 10 - 12%
I am injecting 250mg every four days ie day 1 then 3 days off then inject again on day four. My first shot was Sunday week ago and I put the pin in the hands of the Mrs which was a big mistake she had to use two hands to push in the plunger and consiquently moved the needle in, out, up, down and round and round like a fucking joystick, which resulted in my right glute being very sore for a couple of days. So when it was time to go again I did it myself in my left glute and all was fine. During the week I felt a bit more chatty and generaly happier with life, we are using the HST program with the following exercises.
Inc bench
Decline tri
Seated calf raises (we do 70 reps for these as I have found this is the only way to grow my calves, using the same principle as Nelson M states in The Bodybuilding Truth))
Bi curls (barbell)
Chinups (assisted)
Squats
Leg Curls
Clean and Press
Shrugs (barbell)
All workouts have been very gruelling for me as I am used to doing 6 -8 reps for my working sets with long rests between sets, so this 15 reps with 1 - 2 mins between set is knocking the shit out of me. It's not unfamiliar to see my training partner and I lying on the floor waiting for the weights to lift themselves (especially after squats), but the little bastards just wont do it.
I took my third shot of test yesterday (Monday) and after about 1/2 an hour I was as toey as a roman sandle too put it mildly (lucky the Mrs was at work, coz she woulda bin in for a workout of another sort) The Mrs kept saying that I wasn't looking any bigger but I am struggling to fit into my pants and at the weigh in yesterday I was 15lbs heavier (I hope that doesn't happen every week). I dont look as though I am holding much water but know I am due to the quick gain in weight. The only noticable sides at the moment are I am a little more short with people, usually I hold in my frustrations but now I have a little hissy fit every so often.
I hope all you newbs out there can get something outa this diary and I'll make the follow up entries a shit load shorter.
