So you've been on .5mg of adex EOD and still have an E2 that high? I don't know if it's bunk, but I would suspect it's underdosed maybe. If you know your aromasin is good, I would start at 25mg ED and see how you feel in a week. If you still feel bloated or have boner problems, I'd consider bumping it up even more.
You definitely need to do a few other things here:
1. Get on Liv.52 and NAC. Your liver values are likely high because of not only your tylenol and Winstrol (winny), but tren is also quite liver toxic. I'd start off with 2x the dose on the Liv.52 and taper down to the 2 pills a day after a few weeks at 4 pills a day. Be sure to drink PLENTY of water as well since tren is not too friendly with the kidneys either. Your goal is to have CLEAR urine every time you piss. If it's still tinged brown or yellow, you're not drinking enough water. Trust me, I know how hard it is to get your piss clear when on tren, but it's worth it.
2. Donate blood ASAP. You do not want that hematocrit getting much higher as you will soon find yourself in a position where you need to have therapeutic blood draws done at YOUR expense. I've seen guys saying it's free now, but I asked my doctor about this recently and it is not a covered expense here in my state still. YMMV of course. I would do this at LEAST twice. Once soon, and then again in 56 days after that. This is assuming you live in the States and have access to an American Red Cross.
3. Start taking fish oil at 4-6g ED. Your LDL and HDL are a mess my friend. While there are many studies showing that these levels aren't AS important as once thought, they are still very closely linked to your heart's health and need to be changed significantly. Given how cheap fish oil is, you can't afford not to. I just buy the big bottles of Kirkland Signature brand from amazon.com (it's costco's brand if you have access) for really cheap and a bottle lasts me quite awhile.
I do think you did the right thing by getting blood work done, as you now have a picture on what you need to improve upon and you should start to feel much better once you make these minor changes. If only more men would do this (regardless of AAS use), I think we'd all live longer, happier lives.
My .02c
