Freaking out now. Squeezed my nip and oil came out and alot.
I got 3 caber pills in me since bloods. Taking fourth now.
I'm stopping this tren madness, how long does it take to lower estrogen and prolactin?
So what should I do?
Start nolva?
Get letro?
Drink a bottle of adex?
First: Breathe! Panicking is going to do nothing for you but raise your blood pressure and make you feel worse. Caber takes about a week to bring levels down, so let's not start bringing out the big guns yet. In fact, once you bring your estradiol down - your prolactin will become less of an issue for you.
Lol your estrogen is so high, this is hilarious.
I and many others will remember your sense of humor when you pose a question here my friend. There isn't anything humorous in this thread except for your lack of understanding and how this is going to effect your future threads.
So it's been a week,
I did aromasin 25 for 5 days straight now I'm gonna do 25 EOD
.5 adex 5 days straight and .25 ED from here on out.
Caber .25 e3d on 3rd pill now
Just ordered letro just incase this past weeks protocol didnt work.
Dropping tren and Winstrol (winny) gonna cruise at a 250test e till I get everything under control and maybe roll into post cycle therapy (pct) confident I'm not gonna lose all these gains. 193 to a solid 213 would break my heart to lose it all.
Especially after what happen with my first cycle. I might not run again if I have to go through that anguish again.
Don't take more than one Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at a time. The aromasin will take about a week to bring your levels down, and the adex is about 48 hours. I wouldn't delve into letrozole quite yet as either of the first two AI's are more than capable of bringing your E2 down to reasonable levels. I'd stick with either the aromasin or adex and keep at the higher levels. 25mg ED of the aromasin or .5mg of the adex EOD (assuming they're legit) should get you there. If your next blood test doesn't show a reduction in E2, it's time to bump it up again. You really don't want to crush your E2 because you've developed a leak, you're far from becoming a dairy cow, so let's not overreact here.
Could a week of my protocol get me to my normal levels?
It will likely take longer than a week of a reduction in your AAS to bring your compensatory levels down (your body's reaction to the AAS) as you have to let the substances leave your body. The elevated levels of AI's and dopamine agonist should do the trick on their own, but if you want to cut your losses now - that's understandable. Just don't keep up at a large dose of AI/DA at the same time. That's a recipe for disaster.
I'd personally keep on the AAS and use this as a learning experience. Keep on the AI/DA and see how your levels change. If you end up needing more AI/DA based on new blood tests, then you can increase them in turn. This will help you to understand where you went wrong in this cycle and could be beneficial in the future if you plan on cycling again. Trust me, I've had my share of hairy experiences with estradiol being WAY higher than what you have, and was able to figure out what my proper Aromatase inhibitor (AI) protocol needs to be. It's a pain in the ass figuring this out, but once you do - you're better off because of it.
With regards to your blood donation question (I couldn't multi-quote through two pages), I wouldn't do double reds as it has a
double cool-down period as well. I would stick with whole blood (single red) donations and do at
least two of them to get that hematocrit down. Stick with the 4-6g of fish oil and liver supplements. I have a feeling your next blood test will reflect these changes in a positive direction. Just remember it can take up to two weeks to see measurable results.
