I personally wouldn't worry about it until I gets a bit higher and at that point I would try to find specific tests for kidney functions. I wouldnt let that be a deciding factor in starting a cycle with the levels you're at

Tren causes false high estrogen readings in a lot of labs. Always does for me. My last one was 330 for e2 and I was only on 100mg of test with an AI and 350mg tren.
