Just started a new diet with 3j .

lmao... i'm sure he does! he loves the cooking... my specialty are pastries though, thats where my true passion and artistic side comes out

Throw them in the locker for a post-workout snack :P That's what I do if I ever have a monster craving I can't get rid of, my sweet tooth is too big to keep any of that stuff in my house; I don't bake though (store bought).
 
oh another good chicken dish is like a chicken cacciatore.. cook at low heating, for a few hours... and instead of pasta you can make it with rice or squash noodles or those noodles that are high in fiber - i forget what they're called

I've done this with spaghetti squash, and rice noodles. Never just plain rice though.
 
titties are chicken breasts lol, sorry... what i like to do is... fry some onions off... add some balsamic, and let it reduce... oh man, top it on some chicken, it's like heaven in my mouth

I will have half of one, or a whole one to taste the product but... that's what my boyfriend does after his workout... Mix a little protein powder in the mix, that way, you don't feel so guilty ;)
