just started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) , help out ya boi

You raise a lot of valid points 5555....
I agree with you on TRT docs/Endos not being up to speed with "restarts".
I was at 594 ng/dl T.T. had lab values going to 663 ng/dl at 25 y.o. and only cycled once and after a year went to a TRT anti aging clinic...
guy threw scripts at me for HCG mono protocols. No restart...no nothing!
I had Low FSH and low normal LH....that was his justification. Said my T levels were not optimal for my age.
I had a whole host of underlying conditions like severe sleep apnea which was undiagnosed and I had been on a low dose SSRI at the time (6 years)...
All that stuff lowers T.

Like the guys at IMT, DET-OAK, cashout probably and Scally etc all recommend extend HUGE doses of hcg (up to 6 months) for guys coming off years of TRT.

These guys charge big money for consultations and go over your blood work to get the correct timing for every phase of the restart/pct whatever you want to call it.

Until they detect that your nuts are working you aren't going to go off HCG for example.

It's really a shame to be 20s and looking at 60 years of TRT unless theres some cure down the line.

And for the most part from what I've read normal endos, even sports endos aren't up to scratch on the knowledge of restarts, and there's no money in it for them to be because not many people are surring from aas related issues compared to the other demographics an endo can market to.

DET-OAK would probably be the go to guy for both of these young doods on TRT looking for a restart.

Fuck now I feel like I'm marketing for them.

Anyway I hope my test isn't permanently lowered after this cycle.

I'm not sure what you mean by "HUGE" doses of HCG.
From what I understand and many ppl in the anti aging community say is the body can only absorb so much at a time. The body cannot utilize doses over 500 i.u. each time. Higher doses aromatize heavily and lead to desensitization. The body doesn't make endless amounts of T from higher doses of HCG.
500 i.u. EOD or E3D with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) EOD or E3D should do plenty if taken for 3-6 months.
I'm not totally convinced using 1500 i.u. E3D each dose is beneficial in the long run.

Dude its that stupid talk that makes people go insane^^^...its a shame? People die every second of the day, if I have to go on TRT for life than I have a absolutely no problem doing so. There are millions of other people that would love to have my problem instead of theirs.

Not to be a complete asshole but dude I'm just on here for questions to people like me, not kids like you who aren't even on TRT, not some dude who has not ever gone through a hormonal crash and has been doing a 10 week cycle

Thanks but no thanks,.
