I'm taking 1ml three times a week.
My reasons I wanted to take it was to build muscle and hopfully loss fat off my body. I'm 40 and find it hard to burn the fat off my belly .
It's been a week and I've had 3 doses. I've noticed that I've put on 1kg of weight on the scales.
Wondering if Rip blend makes you hold onto water? Can this explain the weight gain?
I've been told by the person who sold it to me the strength comes first and then the fast burning comes in second week. Your thoughts?
Not a complete newbie at weight training. I weight 70kg right now. Machine bench press 119kg .
