Just started week 5 of test e cycle, only up 8 pounds.

2lb's a week aren't good gains to you? It's just now going to kick it to it's full potential, be patient bro.

Is there a chance that it's bunk? I think my diet is a large part of my weight gain.

My bench went up by 30 pounds and my libido is up but I have no acne and my balls didn't shrink. Had on nipple be itchy for 2 days but then I upped my Adex dosage to 0.5 and now i dropped it back down to 0.25.

When should I notice that feel like "Whoa, I'm on the juice now!"
 
Dude, I don't know what you're looking for. How long have you been working out? Have you ever increased you bench 30lbs in 4 weeks or gained 8lbs in 4 weeks?

I think you have watched too much of The Program, you're probably not going to be running around like Lattimer smashing windows.
 
lol, yeah dude it will be exactly 2lbs per week for as long as you're on it. No matter your diet or length of cycle you will gain 2lbs per week.
 
ur gains seem very good to me... test is not a miracle worker, but it seems to be working just fine for u

in week 5 it will only have just began to give u the effects... be patient, keep eating, keep training intense and u will keep gaining

it's not a race... and remember the more u gain, the more u probably won't keep... 8-10 lbs on a cycle is plenty to sustain

Yes, I'm glad you caught it.

No ditch the dbol on first couple cycles.

If someone puts on 30lbs in a cycle you can bet a large part of them are water, so drink plenty of water to avoid water retention.

Like China said the more you gain the harder it will be to keep, 2lbs a week thus far is good.

10 lbs could be water weight at this point. Are you taking an ai? On my first cycle I didn't really feel the test e until week 8 but everyone is different. I know on week 8 I'm really sweating my ass off in the gym and out of it. The real test is how much you've increased your weights in the gym. Good luck.
 
I drink a lot of water daily and I'm taking Adex. Thanks for the help guys. I'll post again when I'm in Week 12 for an update.

When I'm in the gym, I'm sweating like a hooker in church lol

I have to take trips to get paper towels to wipe my face and neck and that's never happened while I trained naturally.

My recovery time is also a lot faster. And I'm training 1 hour 30 mins minimum up to 2 hours 30 mins max.

Yes the recovery time is a lot quicker while on cycle. That's one of the perks. I try very hard to be sore and then two days later I'm ready to train the same body parts again. It's great. I used to hate working out on legs b/c of soreness now it's no problem. As for the sweats, I bring a towel and an extra shirt. Good luck.
 
I love how it's impossible to be sore for more than 2 days haha, makes me want to never come off. Sad day when I'll have to begin PCT.
