Hello my friends..
I'm just starting this thread to push myself to work harder to reach where I want to be,
I ve Ben here at ology since 2012 and I d like to give u a summery about me.. I'm 38 years old.. Ben always an athlete since the age of 18, I quit the gym from the age of 33-36, got fucked up, reached to 250 lbs ,
I got back to the gym , started an Atkins diet (bad I know) but went down to 207 lbs and progress stopped ..
That's when I decided to contact 3j .., and with him I went from 207 to 180 lbs.. I guess at 12-13% bodyfat.. The progress was done in 2 stages , 3 months as I remember.. Or 4, more? (3j correct me if I'm wrong)
To many advanced brothers here , please keep in mind that I am an average person , always knew my potential , specially for my age.. I'm not a big guy ,, I just want to be fit and enjoy lifting .. And living a healthy life..
I'm starting this thread cuz my back got screwed up (disc) and again I had to quit the gym and one more time , I'm staying at 19-20 % body fat today .. Thnx god I'm back from one month ..
Here are the pix before and after with 3j..
Please note the following
*I'm not a 3j customer since May I'm just sharing my experience with him to push myself harder
* the before is at 207 lbs , the after are in May one of them 3rd may , second one end of May at 12~13 % , I'm not flexing at all.
* I look worst now due to my injury. (Very very bad injury ).. Disc l4-l5
* I ll delete those pix in few days , I won't keep them forever
Some might look at the progress with respect , some might don't even consider it as progress , anyways that's me.. And my plan is to reach to a 10% body fat by February 2015 ..
On a side note , I never thought that posting pix is that hard lol ... Take it easy on me guys
