I'm a newbie here.
I tried TRT back in 2012 although I only did it for perhaps 4-5 months. I stopped it when my dad died & I had to fly to half way around the world & stayed a couple of weeks. I didn't want to risk travelling with my prescription testosterone. When I got back I decided to stop the TRT but I continued the HCG for a month or so to aid my boys to get back up to speed, and I didn't really notice any bad effects at the time. I was 48 then.
Now 8 years later, and I'm now 56 and I'm just not feeling ANY zest for life.
Jan 2019 I saw a terrible drivers license photo and I saw a dead man walking, so I got motivated & I hit the gym & trained hard (as hard as I did in my early 20's & 30's) & lost a lot of fat (100+ lbs) & actually gained muscle also which took approx 16 months.
Here's my issue. I'm currently living in the Dominican Republic and Sustanon 250 is legal over the counter.
I want to get blood work done, but my Spanish isn't real good.
Can you point me to the area in here on exactly what bloodwork you'd consider essential for a baseline.
I'm looking to get my test back up into 700-800 range at least, so nothing over the top bodybuilding wise. Just more a replacement TRT to feel enthusiastic about life again and hopefully get that natural drive I used to have in my 20's & 30's.
Here in the DR they don't have the grouped tests like they do back in the states, so I'll have to check all the individual blood test boxes that I need.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Cheers
