keeping diet focus while on Vacation

Ive been cutting for like 8 weeks consistent and have lost 35 lbs. How can I keep my focus while on this 5 day business/vaca trip especially while flying etc???

I usually just say fuck everything while on trips and just go all out but I dont want to mess up my cutting.. would you pre pack turkey on whole wheat for the plane ?

i think i need some motivation more or less but any of you guys ever been on a trip during one of these hard cutters, preach to me brothers!

I just came off a trip like this and will have a few more coming up. Its fucking hard dude. I ate clean most of the time but there were just times where it was either not possible or i screwed up by eating shit.

If you can pack something for the plane do it, its going to better than the shit they give you anyway.

If you can, do extra cardio, I would say in ALL instances where you can make and pack your own food, do it.

Not gonna lie, its gonna be hard but as 3J told me, look at it as a super refeed lol. Problem is I have 3 more trips planned in the next 2 months.

BTW: Nice job on the cut, 35 lbs in 8 weeks a lot.

Welter - dude i've been scrambling to like set alarms on my phone saying DONT BE A FATTY or like put pictures of kim kardashian as the wallpaper, literally anything to make sure i stay just as focused as when im at home.. problem is the restaraunts and going out will get me, im not drinking this trip besides maybe 1 glass of wine per day thats my strict goal even tho im not a big dinker. The bread usually kills me at tables when they bring it (thats going to be my main problem) I usually dont eat white bread etc but im known to polish off a basket or 2 :\ good luck on your trips too man! if you ever need the motivation post up here we got your back

9 30: 4 egg whites/1 egg and 2 slices of whole grain toast or 1/4 cup scottish oatmeal

11:30 6oz chicken breast with 1 peice of wholegrain fiber bread or small side salad with a tsp of vinegar

1 - lift

2:15 : 2scoops whey 1 scoop waxy maize

3:00-3:30 2 chicken breast (8-12oz total) on whole grain with a small salad w/ vegetables no dressing OR 1/2 white rice

6:30 - Either chicken or steak 1 1/2 peices and a small carb (beans or brown rice or cucumbers/tomatos)

9:00 - Protein dominant 2/3's (usually a peice of chicken breast) and keep it very light on the carb also trying not to make it a rice or starch pref. another vegetable

11:30-12:00 1.5 scoops casein

Bed at 1-2am
 
I do also absolutely kill shit 5-6 days of the week lifting and cardio, mile a day minimum in 9 min and always try to exceed my past training is my new mindset. Some days good and some days bad but i notice aslong as i try to beat my last workout i always seem to leave really worked.. my bad for the novel lol
