Whhy would someone need this much to get them, into the middle of the normal range?

I thought for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) they try to get you in the top 25% of the normal range?

In a dream world "yes"....in reality "no".

It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to get a person into the top 25% it's only a dosing issue right?
