It's good, just don't get trapped into thinking you can't alter it to fit your needs. Use it as a guide and then adjust as you find what works for you and what doesn't.
The only thing I was really worried about was the amount of carbs I can get in a day. Like That-Guy said to get some carbs prior to a workout, that's what I wanted to do, but I was afraid that'll kick me out of my keto diet.
you'll blow thru those carbs in your workout. without them you may find yourself tiring more easily and not able to lift as much as you had previously. I don't understand . I went from 29% to 14% by eating a balanced diet with the right type of carbs (low GI except for post workout), working out and cardio. I find those diets to be too gimmicky. Why reinvent the wheel?
it's a lot easier to get from 29% to 14% than it is from 14% to single digit BF levels. cyclic ketogenic diets work well for losing weight while retaining lean mass and strength. My biggest problem is that I get bored with my food choices while in ketosis.
