Keto diet while on cycle?

Hey everyone

I was gonna start a Tren A and Test P cycle in a few months and was wondering if its a wise idea to be on a Keto diet during the cycle. I figure its not because during cycle its best to eat A LOT so most of those calories would be from carbs, and alas, during keto, you don't eat any carbs. So what do you guys think? Would it be okay to do keto while on a a Tren A and Test P cycle? This is a cutting cycle by the way.

i was thinking of doing the same thing for a cut cycle i wana start in a month or so .. anyone else done this ? or have good reason why not to?

I usually run anavar when I run keto to help maintain muscle, but it is difficult to build muscle while in ketosis.

I agree with this.

I've done it....but it's not nearly as effective as when you have carbs. I also think your recovery slows down when you cut out carbs. Or at least that's the way my body feels.

If you're looking to do a recomp or cut, then keto is definitely a good way to go. Save that for after your cycle though imo.

i love keto diet.... i can lose weight like nothing. dont make it hard....

spend a day or 2 fasting early part of the day... do cardio come 5pm on each day for an hour at 80 of max heart rate.. after cardio sessions each day then you can eat your calories within a 4 hour tf with no carbs...take 12 cal times your bw in lbs to figure out your deficit to lose 2lbs a week... do this for 2 days straight.. by the end of your cardio session on the 2nd day you shoudl be in heavy ketosis. you can use a keto strip if you want to make sure.... now for each day you train weights after the 2 days or so (you can do it a week to kickstart some major fat loss) just add 100 grams carbs to your pre workout meal...you will use the carbs during your weight session and should be back in ketosis by the end.

i have a great understanding of how the human body works in regards to ketogenics... if you want a more detailed approach pm me...

Be smarter in way of living
