Keto Help?

Im on my third day of my "Keto" diet. Can someone critique this meal plan. Only meals 3/5 will change throughout the week.

Meal 1 - 5 whole eggs
1 serving cheddar
2 pieces bacon

Meal 2 - Whey shake
1 serving cheddar

Meal 3 - 8 oz. chicken breast
little zucchini in oil

Meal 4 - PWO shake

Meal 5 - 1 85/15 beef burger
1/2 avacado
1 serving cheddar

Meal 6(if needed) - Casein Shake
Sometimes ill mix in some walnuts if im hungry though out the day.

Im going to carb load all day Saturday. Can I eat any carbs or should they be whole grains.
 
I only run Palumbo's Keto diet. Anything else is terrible for your cholesterol and heart health ( example bacon and cheese ).

But this looks fine for a regular keto diet.
 
looks somewhat like mine with the eggs , cheese, beef , and whey . I dont get why carb load all day on saturday though ? Why not once every 2 weeks if your going after leaness ? meh I guess if your lean enough it would be okay , but if your already lean why cut even more :P ? I only carb load every 2-3 weeks depending on how im doing mentally and physically though , seems like carb loading like you do only gives me about 3-4 days of true keto a week , but yeah I did try once a week and didnt like the results as much as carb load once every 2-3 weeks, and for my carb up days I do them on a heavy ass day almost always legs, and I just eat complex carbs leading up to workout , and then a simple carb after workout and then a little more complex carbs after workout , then some veggies for carbs at night . then the next day on my shoulders and abs I still have a really good workout from the carbs .
 
I've tried keto. Fuck that. I don't know how poeple do it. I'd rather eat carbs and use chemical methods of fat loss.
 
hehe yeah tgerm the first 7 days I have never felt so lethargic, im running clen / t3 with it so I have a little bit of help but Im one of those people who if im going to do something I try to go all out so now that im starting to cutt I might as well make the most of it lol . I actually like it alot better then having a low carb diet . Seems like on a low carb your body doesnt quite want to get over the lethargic feeling , but with keto it finally just adapts to it. I still feel a little lethargy but nothing major , also running m-stane with it ( m-drol clone , aka beasdrol) so im sure that t3 and mdrol dont help the lethargy much.
