Keto is about carb and fat manipulation. Eggs are high in fat, which is where you'd get your energy from when doing low carb.
Protein supplements need to be protein only, some contain high carbs. A pure Whey isolate supplement would be ideal.
Keto is great, eat steaks with bernaise and still loose fat. I also recommend you read up about intermittent fasting.
As far as i understood eggs are goods for keto? Am i right? And one question about eggs. Doesn't yolk contains the main fats of the eggs? And excluding bug quantity of yolk will help to avoid additional fats. Is it so?
Eggs are a common keto food but don't have to be if you are allergic to them or don't like them. Yes the yolk contains the fat but it also contains half the protein and most of the nutrients. Excluding the yolk should only be done if you need to reduce calories and have little alternative.
Yeah i did read it while looking for keto. i am on it right. i want to try it as part of my last days of training
Interesting, how is it working out for you, intermittent fasting. Also how is the keto going?

Concerning yolk does the nutritional value differ fromt he method of preparation? I don't mean roasting but the method od boiling.
Raw eggs are better than cooked, cause the protein won't get denaturated, but there is the risk of salmonella disease if you don't check the eggs properly before eating them.
