Hey everyone simple question looking for an in-depth answer. Are kettlebells good on a bulk in conjunction with a heavy hypertrophy/powerlifting hybrid bulk?
If so what kind of lifts should I stick to?
If not looking on why it's bad, other than it takes up a day that you won't be lifting as heavy and another day on the extra rest you need
