"Who is your Daddy and what does he do?"
Hey, anyone have any good Shakes (Doesnt have to be protein powder and other things, just stuff you'd stick in a blender and make it that way)? Shakes for putting on mass, shakes for getting "cut"? Or just shakes that taste damn good?
I made up this one which i think is alright...
Half a cup of Strawberrys
Half a cup of Blueberrys
Half a cup of Raspberrys
A cup of juice (I use Tropicana's Orange Strawberry Banana Juice)
A cup of Yogurt (your choice)
and blend it up until it's all liquid. Obviously the more juice you put in the less thick it'll be. It makes a nice serving and it tastes good.
