Know any good shakes???

2 raw eggs (white part)
2 cups of yogurt
250 ml of milk
and a banana or a apple

the best one

you get almost 25g of protein,and it is almost fat and carbs free.If you use skimmed milk and yogurt of corse.

one of my favorites is

2 scoops of VP 2
Half of a Bananna
1 tbls of crunchy peanut butter
and like 1/4 of a cup of some kind of bananna nut crunch cereal
and throw in a couple of ice cubes....
