Does anyone know of a good book that will show me what muscle's I am working out, while working out. Like if I am doing shrugs it will show me a diaglog of every muscle it is working out while doing shrugs? If so please let me know.
Agreed, Bill Pearls book is excellent. This is one I own and refer back to a lot.
Check out this site as well. Allows you to pick the muscle you want to work on and gives you many exercises for it depending on the equipment you have. It has a write up of how to do it, pictures to look at and also in most cases a video. I have found this to be a good resource.
