Lab Results - What to do next?

Sorry I didn't answer some of your questions directed to me earlier. Just now saw them. Megatron has answered them pretty well. Some people have low test due to pituitary problems, which need to be ruled out. Thyroid issues can also be a problem. Also, as someone pointed out, there can be other causes for ED too. I'd suggest trying another endocrinologist, perhaps a young one this time, plus another blood test to be sure. (Sometimes the older doctors learn a lot in their years of practice, but some just get old.) Since your test is not horribly low, and you're young, you might be able to boost your test levels. (I've heard of people boosting their Test production with HCG, for example.) Good luck!

Does anyone know if I should be looking into any other of these numbers. Not sure what FSH does but it seems low. What about the e2, seems high for such low testosterone.

LH 6.1 mIU/ml (1.7-8.6)
FSH 2.9 mIU/ml (1.5-12.4)
test, Serum 446 ng/dl (348-1197)
Free test (Direct) 11.0 pg/ml (8.7-25.1)
DHEA-Sulfate 309.6 ug/dl (160.0-449.0)
DHEA, Serum 414 ng/dl (31-701)
TSH 2.170 uIU/mL (0.450-4.500)
Prolocatin 9.0 pg/mL (4.0-15.2)
Estradiol 21.9 pg/mL (7.6-42.6)
Estrone, Serum 47 pg/ml (12-72)
SHBG 19.6 nmol/l (16.5-55.9)

everything actually looks really good.

Most of the guys here doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) had Total T levels of 100-200.
Crap. Rubbish. Bullshit.

Sorry, I shouldn't flame, I should politely say that I slightly disagree with you.

His T levels are about what a fairly healthy 70 year old would have. Maybe he would like to have the buzz of a 25 year old. Fuck, mate, what are you condemning him to?

Albie, no you shouldn't run a cycle. But I believe at age 31 you should get on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and if it works for you (it probably will) then you can decide for yourself whether you will stick with it or you want to get super-healthy so you don't need it. Do NOT assume that if you start you're on it for life. Read Cashouts threads about coming off TRT. He was on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 4 years (?) and is now off, and is at 900 levels.

I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), probably forever, but I'm an old cunt. And my levels are sitting at 1300, and I like them there! testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is the easiest thing you can do. Two shots per week, they take less time than cleaning my teeth. Im off stacks of other meds, am fitter, stronger, hornier, happier, less depressed, sexier.

I am not saying he shouldn't go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I am just saying that his numbers are not bad. Looking at his numbers, keeping in mind 1 blood test does not tell the whole story, his free roaming is not that bad. Some people carry high levels of TT and low levels of FT and some are the exact opposite. It is not uncommon for men to have low TT and experience no symptoms or medical health risk's, although this group tends to have decent FT numbers.

I personally think symptoms are a much better guide of what the amount of natural testosterone you have is doing for you.

as you can see his pituitary is working fine.
