Was advises to ask you as you have done this. On clen cycle 3 weeks, coming into my last week and starting benedryl for two weeks from tonight, how much do I need to
Take? I'm having a 3 week break from my clen cycle, during these weeks off I'm going to run Alpha t2 and forged burner as I already have these... Advice would be good, thanks!
