How do I concentrate and lose fat from my legs, without losing too much of my boobs? treadmill,will leg exercises help to lose fat from targeted areas without adding more muscle to the legs?

As far as I'm aware, it's impossible to target areas for fatloss...it's systemic. Yes, you will lose fat faster in certain areas, but for the most part you can't change that with just workouts. Possibly with shots of lipostabil, but that's about it.

Working out her legs may give the illusion of leanness, though.

That's correct.

As ladies we are predisposed to carry weight in certain areas.

Any type of cardio will help her with fat loss, Cdog. I'd also recommend resistence training and stretching to tighten and tone.
 
thanks, its odd cause she is lean and tight everywhere except thigh and larger but muscular calves

How to keep from losing weight from the tatas and to lose weight fat from thighs... :confused:

If I knew the secret to that, I would certainly be a much more happier chick. Boobies are made of fat...if she plans on losing it from her thighs, chances are she may lose some of her tatas too! You can't spot reduce one area to keep another from losing...if it was that way, there wouldn't be 1/2 as many of us buying/considering implants!!

There are some things she can do to aid in speeding up the process.
I'm sure you know the secret to her losing fat, right...diet, cardio, weight train.

However, do you know what she's doing for her lower body right now? Is it neglected in her training, or better yet, does she train now?

Post up what she's doing...and then we can try to help from there.

thats real interesting...i never knew that. is it the same for gaining fat?
