Ladies, what's your favorite fat burner ?

Well I've tried a few, and so far I think my favorite has to be Forged Burner.
I love the appetite supressor effect & thermogenic effect, and the energy is clean, steady energy, no crashing.

I know I've said it before, but for me it works really well. I take 1 capsule about 30 minutes before my workouts.
The bottle brings 60 capsules, so 1 bottle lasts me like 2 months.

Wondering what you ladies like ?
 
Funny because I was going to message you to ask about your thoughts on N2S! I came across your log on it....great log btw!

I'm currently on nutrishop brand fat burner that I guess I like but haven't really noticed any results....I also have to take ONE capsul every other day because it WILL KEEP ME UP ALL NIGHT! LOL

You know I'm very sensitive to stims, what I love about forged is that I just need to take 1 capsule..

I've used N2Slin and it works great, but for me nothing that I've tried compares to Forged..Don't get me wrong I've tried Combustion from Orbit nutrition I'm actually finishing my bottle now, and is quite good as well,
I'm taking a break from Forged as we speak, but for me I really like Forged, I'm a forged addict sort of speak ..lol :sulk:

N2slin is also very good, I got really good results whenI used it.

I just ordered the Forged Burner and cant wait to try it out, it nice to hear that you really like it :). Was gonna use it instead of the ECA Stack since I tend to be sensitive to stimulates as well. I also cycle Clen sometimes, and I have really good results with that, and oddly I dont get any of the horrible sides people talk about. So I would say Clen is my favorite as of now, but I wouldnt recommend it for everyone due to the bad sides it causes for some people.

I hope u like forged, I tried clen for 1 day & didn't take it again, it gave me a terrible headache & I was super shaky & just an overall bad feeling, I will never try it again.
To me personally clen it's not worth all the bad sides, but I hear to some it works like a charm.

Thanks :) I'm gonna add T3 to my clen cycle in a couple weeks. Have you tried T3 for cutting yet?

No I haven't, my husband has cycled clen stacked with T3 and it has given him good results,
for me I just stick to forged or other OTC fat burners, I'm very sensitive to stims and I tend to be over cautious & think about the risks, and well u know how it goes..lol :)

Just an update, but I just got my forged burner and started it on Saturday and so far I'm loving it, gives me energy without making me feel "spastic" - lol - It also has been increasing my body temperature - depending on the results I get from this I may switch to this instead of clen since the sides and potential health risks are less.

I hear ya alogia,

I was taking forged when I tried clen, I was actually on vacation at the time & I had left my forged burner home, so I said I'll try clen one time to see how I react to it, & O.M.G, it gave me the biggest headache, and it wasn't because I wasn't hydrated, I drink a gallon to a gallon 1/2 of water a day,
and I was shaking more than a 6.1 eartquake..lol

So I said forget clen, it's really not worth IMO the sides..

Forged does have thermogenic effects, so that's what your noticing, I sweat like crazy during cardio when I take Forged ..lol :frogjump:

How's forged working out for u ?, I'm off Forged now, I run it for 6-8 weeks & then I take the same time off, to let my body be off stims.. but it sucks I tell u, I have to drag myself to do cardio :(

I like it a lot - I'm running T3 right now, so doing clen 2 weeks on/off and forged burner in the opposite 2 weeks and its working out really well - I was gonna do ECA stack, but I just cant handle the ECA the crash kills me and I'm feel way to horrible to function on that stuff :( I know what you mean about dragging yourself to do cardio, it sucks not having the motivation to do my workouts - I'm usually the worst in the winter cause of the decreased sunlight and it being sooo cold in the mornings when I get up to work out - lol... I just want to pull the covers over my head and go back to bed.

Here is pretty much hot all year round,
but some days I feel like staying in bed too..lol, can't listen to your body all the time thou, lol

meal 3-turkey steaks with green veg
meal 4-chicken with sweet potato
meal 5- tuna steak, brown pasta and veg.

I have tried t3 only ran for 3 weeks as got bad headaches, but no other sides apart from that!

Would you recommend trying clen? I know a BB, so can get the real stuff

Please help peeps! :)

If your issue with T3 was headaches I would not recommend Clen as that seems to be one of the top/worst side effects it produces in people.

My wife needs to drop 30 lbs, her diet is good, however her time at the gym is limited b/c of OT at her full time job and her part time job. I bought some albuterol for her but after taking it for over a month she hasn't seen any results. I picked this over clen b/c she is stim sensitive like Mrs. P. What would you ladies recommend for her? T-3 and or forged burner? Anavar? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No offense, but without good diet and exercise she shouldnt be taking anything. But if she wants to I would try Forged Burner since it has the least side effects, is safer, and will help curb appetite and increase engery.

Hi Tjkita,

I agree with Alogia, her weight loss success will really depend on her diet & training.
I wouldn't recommend anavar, t-3, and honestly clen for me gave me massive headaches & got me very shaky.

She can try forged burner, she can take 1 capsule in the morning. It will give her a boost in energy, has a great appetite suppresor, which is a plus if trying to loose weight.

Now, her diet needs to really be in check, weight loss success is really 80 % diet.
Does she know her BF ? if you like, post her BF & stats & I'll calculate her TDEE, so she knows how many calories she should be aiming for.

I know it could be hard to find time to excercise, especially with a full time and part time job, definitely could be a challenge, but it's really important that she does some kind of cardio/strenght training.
She really only needs about 30 min of some form of cardio, this combined with a clean diet will help her burn the calories she needs to in order to loose the weight.

Let me know if you have any other questions about forged.
and have her join, she could interact with the females here & we can all learn from each other.

Thanks for the advice ladies. I appreciate it. I've always been into sports and working out however my wife hasn't especially since we had our kid. She's been working a lot of OT and a part time job, but I've been pushing her and encouraging her to workout more. I even set up a workout plan for her. We joined a gym that has daycare services too, for our son. Still no avail. We go on vacation next week so maybe that will motivate her. In the meantime I will definitely buy some forged burner. If nothing else it may give her an extra boost in energy for her busy days.
